How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. If you believe you have placed an order but not received a confirmation, please contact us.
Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification with any necessary tracking information.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom from our website. International customers can find us on Etsy here.

Do you offer samples?
Yes absolutely! In fact we encourage you to purchase samples if you are unsure about your wood or finish choice, especially when buying a large piece of furniture. We can send you a variety of wood species in different finishes for you to choose from. Please contact hello@grovefurniture.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
What is the difference between hard wax oil and rubbing wax?
Rubbing wax
- a little more shiny than hard wax oil
Hard wax oil
- more hard wearing finish than a rubbing wax
- more suitable for high humidity areas such as kitchens and bathrooms as it offers some water resistance

Can I return a custom item?
Bespoke or custom items are non returnable and non refundable. We are not responsible for any errors when ordering so please ensure you double check your order before purchase.
