Refunds & Returns

 

United Kingdom Returns

We take great care at Grove when making our products, ensuring every piece that leaves our workshop is made and meticulously finished to the highest standard. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please get in touch at hello@grovefurniture.co.uk as soon as possibleItems must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the parcel. 

The order remains the your responsibility until we receive it back and we are unable to refund orders that are lost during transit, returned used or damaged. Items will be refunded upon receipt, minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided.

We do not accept returns on bespoke or commissioned orders unless they are faulty or have been damaged during transit.

 

International Returns

To return from outside of the UK, please contact us at hello@grovefurniture.co.uk. You are responsible for arranging shipping at your own cost on a DDP service (delivery duty paid).

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@grovefurniture.co.uk and we will assist you. Parcels must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the items. 

 

Faulty items

Wooden furniture will vary in grain pattern, texture and colour. These qualities make this natural material unique and beautiful. No two pieces will ever be the same. All measurements are within a tolerance of 0.5cm and can vary from piece to piece.

However, we want you to love your piece as much as we do so if you aren't happy with your order please contact us at hello@grovefurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
